Shipping Policy

 

Free shipping on every US order. No minimum.

 

Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

 

Delivery: Standard delivery takes 7 to 12 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it the whole way.

 

Where we ship: United States only at this time.

 

Address changes: Email hello@thermatone.shop within 12 hours of ordering and we will update the address before it ships.

 

Lost or delayed packages: If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will send a replacement or refund, your choice.
