60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

 

We want you to love your ThermaTone tights. If they are not what we said, you have 60 days from the delivery date to return them for a full refund or a free exchange.

 

Exchanges: Wrong shade or size? Email us and we will send the replacement right away, before your return arrives. Exchanges are free.

 

Refunds: Email hello@thermatone.shop with your order number and the reason. We will approve the refund and send a return address. Once the item is received, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Condition: Items should be unworn or lightly tried on, with no damage. Hygiene laws apply to hosiery, so please try them on over underwear.

 

Damaged or wrong item: Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost, no return needed.

 

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, contact your bank first, then email us and we will chase it.
